Onsite visit to the Peruvian Ministry of Communication and Transport
In March 2007 I went onsite to the Peruvian Ministry of Communication and Transport to resolve some technical issue and guarantee everything was in place and working fine, also served as I great opportunity to get know the Directors and their needs.
This was one of the most important customer visits I have done so far from a learning perspective, the take aways from this visit help to this day and marked a before and after in the direction of my professional career. It was during this visit that I realized that I had untapped value adds, namely; human engagement and communication and that customers needs are seldom technically exclcusive.
